Specialised Hardware for RF, Data Recording and Asset Monitoring
WRS develops purpose-built electronic systems for demanding aerospace, defence, logistics and research applications.
Our product range includes ultra-wideband RF transceivers, signal-generation modules, robust data recorders and connected asset-tracking systems. Each product is supported by the hardware, firmware and software expertise required for practical deployment.

Engineered for Real-World Applications
WRS products are developed to solve defined technical and operational requirements.
From capturing high-speed RF signals and recording aircraft messages to monitoring remote assets, each platform combines specialised electronics with firmware, software interfaces and integration support.
Products may be supplied as established platforms or adapted around the interfaces, processing requirements and operating conditions of a particular application.
TRX-6G4S Transceiver
Developed by WRS in partnership with the Aerospace Industry Support Initiative, the system expands the wideband receive architecture of the SP-6G4S with a dedicated transmit chain. This creates a complete wideband transceiver suited to radar, aerospace and defence applications.
The TRX-6G4S combines four receive channels with one transmit channel. Signals are digitised at 6 Gsps with 12-bit resolution, while the transmit channel can generate signals up to Ku-band without analogue up-conversion. The receive channels can digitise signals up to C-band without analogue down-conversion.
A Xilinx Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA provides the processing resources needed for custom firmware, real-time signal processing and application-specific functions.
Key features:
- Four receive channels
- One transmit channel
- 6 Gsps sampling rate
- 12-bit resolution
- Approximately 3 GHz instantaneous bandwidth
- Direct receive operation up to C-band
- Direct signal generation up to Ku-band
- Xilinx Kintex UltraScale+ FPGA
- 10 GbE or 100 GbE connectivity
- Support for custom firmware

Proven technology for demanding signal paths
